My passion for fitness and wellness started at a young age, and I have dedicated my life to inspiring and empowering others to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Personally, I prioritize self-care and strive to lead by example, incorporating regular exercise, nutritious eating habits, and mindfulness practices into my daily routine.
When it comes to fitness, exercise, and weight management, my philosophy is centered around creating sustainable and enjoyable habits. I believe in finding activities that bring joy and fulfillment, rather than focusing solely on the end result. For me, fitness is not just about physical appearance, but also about improving overall well-being and mental health. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to receive numerous accolades and accomplishments. Becoming an IFBB Figure Pro was a significant achievement for me, as it required years of dedication, discipline, and hard work. I have also been recognized as an elite personal trainer in my area and have had the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life, helping them transform their bodies and regain their confidence. Seeing my clients achieve their goals and witnessing the positive impact it has on their lives is the most rewarding accomplishment of all.

Meet Jeannie:
I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and I was an All-state gymnast dealing with Anorexia. What helped me overcome my disorder was bodybuilding and learning how you need to Eat to Live! Bodybuilding had saved my life!
In my 30 years in the fitness industry I have competed in over 30 shows and accomplished my goal to compete in the Ms.Olympia stage in 2008 where I placed 7th in the world. My other biggest accomplishment was to be specially invited to the Ms. International Arnold Classic from 2010-2013, and then I retired from competing in 2013.
In Conclusion:
I believe in self-care and as we get older it is very important to build Skeletal Muscle and be Strong Forever at any age.

Meet Ludovic:
I taught Special Ed (Behavioral Disorders) Music, Art, Leisure Skills, and French at the Menninger Institute of Psychiatry. I am a Gen X-er and Oui-Oui, I am French. I understand movement and aim to teach how your different body parts function so that movement makes sense to you. Muscles move bones, not machines. —Don’t learn machines, learn movement!
I have decades of experience dealing with eating disorders as well as disordered eating patterns, all of which can be resolved. It’s little science and lots of footsteps, all taken one after another. My work starts with the behaviors WE CHOSE to take on and the ones that are or have been thrust upon us by others (some psychology here….) I work with my clients to identify their different roles as public persons, workers, stressors, exercisers, shoppers, cooks, eaters, parents, etc… and extricate patterns in behaviors which interfere with the achievement of certain goals, health being the quintessential one.
Being healthy is a process which starts with discovering who we really are now and how it affects our body, where we want to go/who do we want to be (modify behavior and patterns) and developing winning strategies to reach our many health and fitness goals. “Healthy” is not a look, it is a feeling.
